Booking Conditions

1 RESERVATIONS.  All reservations will be held on a provisional basis for 14 days.  Phone 01642 712268
2 CONFIRMING.  Within 14 days of your provisional booking, please send a confirmation along with a deposit of £50 to us at the  Wainstones Hotel, High Street, Great Broughton, Middlesbrough, TS9 7EW
3 DEPOSIT. Any deposit received will be taken off your final bill, however in the event of a cancellation the deposit is only refundable if we are able to re-let the accommodation on similar terms.
4 CHARGES/PAYMENTS. All charges quoted are applicable until the end of 2010 and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. All accounts must be settled in full at the end of the visit. All charges for events with entertainment assume a minimum of 35 guests.
