Evening Buffet Menu Selector

To offer the highest levels of flexibility in choosing your Evening Buffet, you are welcome to choose the individual items which suit you best. To create your menu, you can choose any five, six, seven or eight items – one must be from the base selection. You should cater for a minimum of 80% of your guests.

Hot Roasted Whole Turkeys carved by the Chef and served with a soft fresh Bread Roll,, Hot Roast Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce and assorted Pickles

Large freshly baked Bread Rolls served with grilled Bacon,  shredded lettuce, sliced Vine Tomatoes and a selection of Sauces and Mustards

Braised Beef Bourgignonne, Chilli Con Carne, Mild Chicken Curry, Penne Pasta Bolognaise, Traditional Beef Lasagne, Roast Vegetable Lasagne, Chicken in a White Wine Cream Sauce.

Served with your selection of  baked Jacket Potatoes, Rice and Salad.

You would normally select one of these dishes for all of your guests but two can be offered
