Evening Buffet Menu Selector
To offer the highest levels of flexibility in choosing your Evening Buffet, you are welcome to choose the individual items which suit you best. To create your menu, you can choose any five, six, seven or eight items – one must be from the base selection. You should cater for a minimum of 80% of your guests.
